As a Portuguese Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers. Your main responsibilities will include:

Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
Providing product and service information to customers.
Resolving customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy.
Identifying and resolving customer problems or concerns efficiently.
Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
Maintaining in-depth knowledge of our products and services.
Requirements:

This is a on site job so you must have a computer, stable internet connection and audio gear.
8 hours a day work time with 5 days a week. The weekly off may differ from Saturday and Sundays.
Shift time/ Working time may differ from 9 am to 5 pm.
Education:

High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education is a plus.
